Ideal offset

I have a 19 RAM 1500 Big Horn. I am in the process of doing a BDS 6" lift and doing 35x12.5R18's. I hunt and camp and do a fair amount of offroading. I am looking for suggestions on the ideal offset considering I take my truck down trails and such. Any feedback would be appeciated!

0 to -12 offset is good to help keep the rubber in the fenders with a little poke on the side. May I suggest looking at a 305/70/18 instead of the 35x12.5... it’s a true 35
