I was on the freeway, so there was no time to snap a picture.
But what it was, was a Tundra from some window company. He had a wide step with reflector tape on it and as I passed I realized it was a piece of steel, maybe 2X4, welded under his dropdown ball mount. It split the distance between the ground and the factory step bumper. It wouldn't work for offroading, but I'll bet it makes loading and unloading his truck real easy.
