I Just Spent A Week With The 2026 Ram 1500 Warlock

The Rebel’s Tough, Budget-Friendly Sibling Gets Even Better For 2026

When it comes to value-packed off-road pickups, the Ram 1500 Warlock continues to hit that sweet spot between capability, style, and affordability. I recently spent a week behind the wheel of the 2026 Ram 1500 Warlock equipped with the twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter HURRICANE I6 standard-output (S/O) engine — and it proved once again why this trim remains one of the best packages in the Ram lineup.

Maybe its just me, but adaptive cruise control and lane keep assist seem out of place as standard features on a budget off-road truck. I don't use those on the highly optioned truck I have, so I think I would consider them wasted money if I was in the market for a Warlock. However, this looks like a very good truck at the price point.
