Anyone have advice on lifting the front end of my new truck? I'd like to get rid of the rake and run 33" tires on 18" instead of the stock 22" wheels. Would 2.5" spacer do the trick?

Yessir, depending on how severe your rake is you could run:
• 2-3” simple Motofab level kits.
•0-2.5” Bilstein 5100s or 6112s.
•2” Eibach or Rough Country struts.
•2-3” Fox, King, or Vertex coilovers.
•2.5” Carli Fox or King coilovers.
And probably some other options too.
In the order I listed them it starts at the cheapest option and then progressively gets more expensive and much more capable as you go down the list. The Carli spec’d coilovers are widely considered to be about as good as you can get for ride quality and performance.

Here's my stock rake......I was thinking about going with a 2.5" spacer and new upper control arms, then later getting 18x9 wheels with 33 or 34" tires.

I would get Bilstein's 5100. Set them for a 2.5" level, also at that level you would not need new UCA's
