I did the halogen to oem led upgrade and now my truck doesnt have power.

Hello today I tried to do the halogen to led conversion on my 2022 ram 1500 bighorn and my truck has lost all power. I did unplug the negative terminal on the battery before doing any electrical work and I did reinstall the 10 amp fuse out of fuse location. I than reinstall everything back to factory spec and the truck is still dead. Does anyone have an idea ?
