Hello all. I had a bad battery cell in my 2021 so I had to replace it. The bad battery apparently started throwing codes and I cant clear them via AlfaOBD so I figured I would do a hard ECU reset. I disconnected the battery and attached the + and - leads together overnight but that did not reset the ECU. I then tried to reset thru Alfa but that did not work either. Ideas greatly appreciated.

First off, touching the battery cables together doesn't do anything special. And if the codes keep coming back, then there is still an active problem. What exactly are the codes that are showing?
Mainly ABS and collision lights on the cluster. I would have to get back in to AlphaOBD to get the actuall codes. The radio Uconnect screen poweres up for a few seconds then reboot loops. The tailgate will not open.
