Hey guys I got a new to me 2020 1500 5.7 eTorque and had a question about the HVAC.

When I turn the HVAC to MAX (7) the pedals and dash seems to vibrate quite a bit and is kind of noisy, not just wind noise. Is this normal? Is the blower needing replacing? If so, the blower is under the front passenger footwell but I can feel it on the drivers pedal and driverside of the dash as well.

Any insight would be really helpful!

I'd start with the cabin air filter and housing if you haven't already done so. If the filter is really dirty and there in debris in the housing it might indicate debris in/on the blower wheel.

The filter is brand new but I’ll check again. Someone somewhere else said to take the blower off and inspect.

The squirrel cage (blower fan) is out of balance. The part is cheap if it needs replacing but accessing it is another matter
