HVAC changes with out changing it.

Didn;t see any forum that protamined with what has happened.
With the heat on and driving, turned the fan up one and then the front, rear, and A/c kicked on. When it does this I'm not able to change anything basically I just have to shut the hvac off and then turn it back on to fix it. This is probably the second time its happened to me.
Anyone had this issue or know if its just a software issue.

Could be a failing HVAC module. Make sure your radio is up to date, you have no stuck buttons on the bezel, and there is no issues with the radio screen causing ghost touching.

If this is the factory installed radio you can do it from in settings to update the radio over the air, typically while connected to a wifi signal. If you updated your radio then you need to get the updates from Uconnect then make a USB update drive to install into the USB hub in the vehicle to allow the radio to update. If you hold Temp up, Temp Down, and defrost to get into dealer mode. The application number is that version of software the radio is on. Uconnect 4 radios at currently on version 40.1
