HVAC All Screwed Up After UC5 Swap

I swapped from the 8.4” UC4 to the 12” UC5 and I’m now having issues with my hvac. The temp control is either hot or cold. It can be cooling hot air at 68 and I turn it down to 65 and it starts blowing cold air. There is no in between. Sometimes randomly it will be at 66 blowing cold air and then all of a sudden start blowing hot air. I tried to do a recalibration JSCAN and it gave me an error code that it could not be run and to contact developer of app. Would anyone happen to know where to start with this issue? Thanks
