I'm new to the world of forums but I just needed to jump in and say something about an issue I'm experiencing. Bought a 2019 4x4 Rebel in Aug. 2018...since that time i have experienced the most irritating humming noise at around 1500rpms or 55mph mostly when I remove my foot from the accelerator. This phenomenon appears to be more prevalent when there is something in the backs seat. The decibel level is so base like it hurts my ears t ok the point it's difficult to drive. I've also noticed a vibration in the accelerator pedal when it occurs...its driving me nuts. Anyone know if there is a fix for this?

Hello Nitro2025,

We're sorry to hear you're experiencing this noise. We cannot necessarily give any technical feedback as to why this is occurring. However, if you end up going into the dealer for an inspection and need any assistance with that, let us know. We're available via direct message and would be happy to help.

Hey @Nitro2025 first welcome to the forum, good to have you here and I hope it helps you out; great community of problem solvers here. I’m familiar with this humming...

Second this may seem obvious but take your truck into service especially if you can replicate the noise easily for them. But that’s not all...

Lastly, and I saved this for last since noises can be MANY things, do a search for ANC (Active Noise Cancelling) drone or hum, or (really cool feature) look at the list of recommended threads below the one you posted. Do you by chance have the base model stereo with only 6 speakers, and a Hemi engine? (adding your truck details to the signature block helps you get help) I think you’ll find lots of folks have fixed this problem with a software flash Tech Service Bulletin or TSB from the service department. Good luck!

I have the vibration in the gas pedal as well. I bought truck in September and sometime this winter developed the problem. I believe it is tire related, but can't get my dealer to do a simple tire balance. At first they said they could not replicate it, now they are telling me it is normal. Any one with a nerve endings in their foot would be able to feel it. I feel it almost every day. I was supposed to get a balance last week but instead they "tightened a bolt in the gas pedal". It seems to vibrate at all speeds while under light to moderate acceleration. The vibration tends to be much less for me on warmer days.

I have 2019 Ram Bighorn with a leveling kit and 33 tires, I have a bad vibration in the gas pedal when I'm at 70 mph and try to accelerate, the whole truck shakes! I think it's because of the tires and level kit

Well did have lift nor bigger tires but had vibration and it was tires had to replace both rears and had just replaced them a month ago

I thought I was feeling things, I will once in a while have a vibration in the pedals. Typically it's when I'm making a turn while accelerating but not accelerating hard. Also it seems to happen more on left turns then right turns.

I won't go to my local dealer, that condescending douchebag manager is still there. I need to go to the nearest dealer (an hour away) for a couple of other things (my rear window defroster module broke off :( ) and maybe I'll bring it up when I do.
