Hows your hemi Tick?

Here is a vid of mine.

Happens on every start. I often have people ask whats wrong with your truck it sounds like marbles are rattling around.

Started around 50k, has stayed consistent 60k now. back to Chrysler today to see if they will do anything. We have 2 other 5.7's that are both silent when starting and running. No other issues, does not use oil, No performance problems or mileage changes. quiets down to nothing about a minute into running.

Sounds like an exhaust leak to me.

both manifolds were cracked..

Although I know it has to suck to know that both of your manifolds were cracked, it's at least good to know that your lifters are not going bad, or that your truck is not developing the HEMI "tick". Hopefully it is covered under the warranty, or extended warranty? Good luck!
