How to verify radio has been replaced

Dealership claims they replaced my radio due to occasional white screen and lines. However, all of my presets and phone settings are there, and my phone reconnects to the system without repairing via Bluetooth 8.4" non nav UConnect.

How can I verify it was replaced? Radio ID and XM account ID match.

Radio module was not replaced. They might have replaced the screen(I doubt that).
You have no way of knowing if the screen was replaced.
The module has a SN and ID so you can check if it was replaced.(If you had the old module' info)

Doesn’t sound like they did. The 8.4 non-nav is all in one without a separate module in the back. I highly doubt they replaced only the LCD. I doubt they can get just the panel.

The module sits behind the screen but they are separate.

Not on the non-nav.

They used to be separated on the 4th gen 🤦‍♂️
They are making everything so complicated!!!
Yeah, the dealership definitely never touched it...
OP: did they actually give you a paper with the work breakdown? It says that they replaced the old radio with a new one??
