How to turn on interior lights

Guys,
I have a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited and can't for the life of me figure out how to turn on the interior lights.

The little rotary switch that dims your lights. Turn it all the way up and it will turn on the mid light. Your map light will have there own switches.
