Still finding a lot of people do not realize the differences.

We want all types of members. It is fine to be a member here no matter what truck you own.

But there is alot of confusion when you ask a vague question. There is a little bit of a challenge when speaking about 2019 to present RAM trucks.

So let's make this easy. Look at your trucks lug nuts. (Per wheel)

5 lug nuts...you got a 4th Gen or older RAM 1500

6 lug nuts...you got a 5th Gen RAM 1500

8 lug nuts...you got a Heavy Duty.

This site is mainly for 5th Gen RAM 1500. We do have a 4th Gen Section.

We also have a 3rd Gen section. 2002 to 2008
A 2nd Gen. 1994 to 2001 and a 1st Gen. 1981 to 1993.

If you have a Heavy Duty we have a sister site for them. WWW.HDRAMS.COM

Enjoy.

Cool info thanks. We had something similar for Tacomas, 5-lug vs 6-lug.

Guys, this thread isn't asking you to list what you have. It's purely informative and mainly for new members who may not know exactly what they're driving.

If you really want to be helpful, list your truck details in your signature. That way you won't need to list them every time you ask a question about your truck.

😆 Thnx for the feedback Mike.. I’ll edit the signature as soon as I get a chance. Happy Friday!
