How to determine which rear end ratio?

When looking at used 5G's is there a way to tell what the rear end ratio is, if I don't have access to the Monrony?

I tried a couple VINs at that site and it came back "unsupported".

There are bunch of other VIN sites online, and only this one lists the ratio (VIN Decoder - DodgeForum.com) but when testing against VINs with the known ratio, it appears to only be the standard equipment, not the optional ratios.

Oh. Can't say I've ever heard it called that. The site usually works for me. I have seen people mention it not at times.

Maybe call a dealership with VIN and see if parts might help? There is a tag on the axle showing ratio as well.

The URL says "Jeep" but it works with RAM VINs, I just ran mine. Replace the "XXXXXXXXX" with the VIN of interest:

Using the RAm app enter your truck and it will give you access to options.

There's also the towing lookup, which lists the rear axle ratio.
