How to adjust interior light delay

Excuse me for being ignorant but I've searched and searched for a way to adjust the interior light delay but can't seem to find it. I'm sure I'm missing something or I've probably overlooked it. Does anyone know how to locate that adjustment or whether or not that's even an option?
