Trying to reset the computer. I left the negative cable off all night but it didn’t reset. It must be drawing power from something. Anyone know how to reset it?

try taking both cables off, then touch the two together to bleed off any residual power in the system, then leave disconnected for an hour.

As Oldmarine suggested, the "reset" procedure has you disconnecting both battery cables and connecting the ends to each other for at least one half hour, or, overnight. There are numerous capacitors in the vehicle electrical subsystems that will hold a charge for a long time unless discharged. That's why just disconnecting the battery doesn't really do a full reset.
