How can I adjust headlights down?

Got front leveled.

Dude coming home tonight was visibly flustered that almost lead to an unnecessary skirmish.

My Q is, With a 2 inch level my lows are now to high. My highs now fail to come on.
Can someone direct me to a resource to correct this? Thank you.

Yeah, you have to bumped them down a little after leveling. I took me a while to figure why people were always flashing me their high beams on my 4th Gen
