Hoping I am not screwed...

Wow, this turned out interesting. Yes I understood the risk, and they did take precautions. They also took care of it. They took it back yesterday, got it in their shop and got some heat directly on the module. Kept it overnight in their heated space and I picked it up today. All is good now. They kept me informed all along the way. They also were going to take care of the module if it was fried. Also, for the troubles, I am getting a free front window tint on my next vehicle.

As they should. Glad it worked out

Now THAT is how it's supposed to be done! (y)
agree, their customer service is very good. They also told me they had a meeting yesterday, no more Ram windshields, they dodged a bullet on this one and don't want to take a chance, even though they did the right thing with the soak rope. They were the only ones in my area that I talked to that would do it..

Did you get the whole windshield done or just an eyebrow? I’ve been wanting to go back in and get an eyebrow done but now this is giving me pause

Eye brows are fine. Not as much water used and easier to contain it and keep it from getting in drivers side kick panel area.
