Hopefully an easy build date question...

Probably a silly question, but thought I'd throw it out there for all the Ram experts here...
I was glancing at my build code the other day, just out of curiosity, and the sticker on the truck's door jab states 062700, meaning June 27th at midnight if I understand it correctly. (Which was a Saturday, which I thought a tad strange.)
However, the window sticker states build date was 0628, meaning June 28th.

Is it safe to assume that it was midnight on the night of June 27th, leading into the morning of June 28th, hence the slight discrepancy?

Someone's working the night shift or OT ! Those plants , like the one I work in have 24 hr ops. Granted I'm only machining the timing systems but I'd figure the lines are manned around the clock
