Exactly the deer hang close to the road here because of the salt when the salt the roads for snow so I like to light up when I can. Mine are hooked to a wireless switch because I don't like losing my fogs when my highs come on. These are the squadron pro in the combo beam since I don't have a light bar but you can get the wide beam and make your ditches daylight. Another reason I like baja is if I wanted to go all wide when I do get a light bar I can buy a lens kit for $40 and change the beam pattern.A pillar pods are super high on my list. In deer country these are awesome to have. I had them on my last truck tied into my brights. Mine were angled out so i could “wash” the ditches while driving.
Deer out here like to hang out a few feet off the road so with pillar lights I had an easier time seeing them.
I would do a search now that the trucks have been out for a little other companies might have some now.Sorry, re-read the first post , i am looking at their website now .
