Hitch security/anti-rattle newbie

So I’m new to trucks and have had my 20 Laramie for about 6 months and I just purchased a rocky mount hitch bike carrier. My buddy mentioned getting a hitch lock and anti rattle for it on Amazon. Any suggestions on what you guys are using??

I have this version on my shopping list for the 2019 because it looks like it would fit better with the new truck hitch. I have not bought this yet!

Basically they clamp the ball mount to the receiver to take out the rattle. My old one worked well towing a 17.5' fishing boat, about 3500 pounds.
