Hit a raccoon on the highway. Multiple parts broken. What are they?

Any information helps. Need to take it to shop Tuesday morning. Naturally, this happened on this truck’s first long trip away from home. 310 miles north of Cincinnati (home). I intend on driving it back after the holiday weekend. Still operates normally, aside from a clanking of the plastic on plastic and a bad burning smell caused by the dripping of some fluid as shown below.

Looks like it just smashed up your active air dam. You can just tie it up and drive normally. It will make some noise based on speed as the motors try to lower it but not much you can do about that unless you just unbolt the whole thing and toss it in the trunk.

I'm not sure on your fluid as that's an odd location for it to be leaking down on. Have you popped the hood to see where it could be coming from? The sizzling would indicate that it's getting on the exhaust manifold. The only fluids on that side would be coolant or freon as I recall.

Any clue what that green little sensor is? That is what is dripping. You can see spots on the metal part it is dripping onto. It is inside both front wheel wells. Thanks for all that information. 7552812F-0153-4944-8F3C-FC43985F8899.jpeg

I’m guessing his legs, back, ribs, and maybe skull depending on how fast you were going. Would help if you posted pics of the raccoon so we could be sure.
I am so unhappy with the damage to my truck, but actually laughed out loud reading that. Thanks for making the best out of my bad situation lol

From your previous post , I suspect the dripping is coming from somewhere higher up than this. There is no way an electrical connector like this is dripping and the only way you are getting sizzling is if something is dripping onto something very hot, like exhaust manifolds. I seriously doubt anything else under your hood gets hot enough to cause sizzling.

Look higher with the hood open and the engine running. You should at least be able to track down a general location that way.

You might also be able to catch some of the fluid leaking and that will give us a clue as to what it is and where it came from. Color? Smell?
