I finally got some better fuel mileage. 28.3 mpg was the best I recently got, on the back side, headin back to Houston, from Missouri.
I added about 7 psi to bump it up to 40 (Original was 33psi) at the begining of the road trip
Falken Wildpeak A/T tires 275/55R20, 20" rims. Rolls mucho abetter.

Anyone out there got some MPG info, they want to share?

I got 26.2 on my 220 mile trip on a back highway in Florida. I’ve got the V6 Bighorn with about 6K on it. That was my best on any of my short trips by about 1 mpg since owning it. Was pretty thrilled by that! Sorry for high jacking your diesel thread.

I'm jealous of the mileage I USED TO get before I went to 3.92 axle from 3.21...now I'm getting 22.5 🙄

I can regularly achieve 29 mpg on highway trips. Recent trip was Denver to Boise round trip and got just over 29 mpg over the 2k mile trip. Ecodiesel, 3.92, Offroad group.

My question is how.....now I'm royally confused....have you always gotten this mileage? How many miles you have currently?

My highway mileage on the hilly, winding roads of New England varies between 26mpg and 31. My best mileage was from NH to CT and back, about 250 miles at 31mpg. Best highway economy is at around 65 mpg which is about 8 mph higher than my Gen 2.

3.92 gears, Dueller tires at 40psi

I consistently get 29 hand calculated MPG on the highway by keeping my speed at 70 mph max. However, when I hit the 75 MPH zones here in Texas I can see my MPGs quickly drop.

I haven’t had enough miles to really get a feel for my 2021 Laramie 4x4 with 3.21, but I did get 36 mpg on a recent 70 mile trip at 59 mph. (Small state roads with a 55 mph speed limit)
