If I’m not mistaken, Jeep actually used the Hurricane engines in the Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer, not the Cherokee. Wagoneer got a SO version and the Grand Wagoneer got an HO version. This is the first model year in the 1500's. Jeep put them in the Wagoneers and Cherokee a few years ago. Any useful information would be on a Jeep site.
Even then, there are some differences in the Jeeps and 1500 Hurricanes. The concept is similar though.
Your are correct. I got Jeep happy. If I’m not mistaken, Jeep actually used the Hurricane engines in the Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer, not the Cherokee. Wagoneer got a SO version and the Grand Wagoneer got an HO version.
anything 2X or more than average annual mileage is considered high to me.What would you consider high mileage? They’ve only been in Ram 1500’s for one model year (2025). How many miles can a guy put on his truck in one year? The most I’ve heard of someone driving in a year is about 100k miles, but that was on a different truck forum. You might check out some Wagoneer/Grand Wagoneer or Jeep forums. They started using the Hurricane engine a couple years before Ram.
yes i’m aware lolThis is the first model year in the 1500's.
