I just got my results for my oil analysis from blackstone labs for my 2021 5.7 Hemi with 57,000 miles. I’ve sent my oil to them over the last few years and notice a slight creep up in manganese with this time it being at 12. They didn’t show any concern in the comments but should I be? I use PUP 5w20 and Mopar filter. Religiously change oil at 5,000 or slightly over. Use no octane booster and always use top tier 89 octane gas.

It could be nothing to worry about, but it also could be wear from cam lobes or lifters. I've never seen more than 2 PPM since my first UOA years ago and that was when the engine was still slightly breaking in, my following 8 UOA's have been 1PPM or 0 which is basically just "noise".

Honestly I'd be running a 5w-30, and something with far more moly. HPL is my choice, but Redline 5w-30 has seen great success on other forums.

For some expert opinions I'd suggest asking on BITOG:
