hidden fuse

I had a problem with my radio being stuck in bluetooth mode and was getting no sound. I searched everywhere for the radio fuse. after about an hour I found a fuse by the brake booster on a thicker ribbed plastic wire cover. It has a rubber piece off the wire cover and it has a rubber cap on it. Under that cover is a 20amp yellow fuse I replaced it and its now working again.
