Hi all. I just purchased my 3rd Ram in the last 10 years. Its used with 7500 miles 2020 Laramie quad cab 4x4 Maximum Steel metallic 5.7 etorque. Wanted the hemi, didn't really want the
etorque but the truck was so nice I took a chance on it. It came "certified" so I thought that would cover me if the system fails someday. 3rd Ram with hemi, always use synthetic oil and a Moly additive,
never had a problem with a hemi. Gotta say, the etorque system is pretty nice, this truck shifts and accelerates so much smoother than any of my other Rams. Ive tried the auto start and it is seamless.
Seems to really help the MDS in 4 cyl mode also, its very smooth.
The ride and quiet in the cab of the 5th gen is pretty amazing, really happy with my new truck! I'm retired US Air Force, live in Minnesota, thanks for welcoming me to the forum!
