Help with UC5 upgrade

Hello all. So I swapped out my 8.4 to the new UC5 12 but for some reason the backup camera is not working. I only have a blue screen when I throw it in reverse. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

it also has a popup saying the camera system is not available.

Thanks skyhawk. Do you know what OBD setting the camera needs to be on, analog or digital?

Fyi, it never came back. I am obviously missing something. Do I need to change the model year back to the original(2021 in my case)?

Update the firmware, i had the exact same problem

There are a few threads regarding the issues after upgrading from 8.4 to 12 inch uconnect system, but I can't seem to find any concrete solutions. I am hoping to get some help, because this has to be either software/firmware, or setting. Please help!!
