Help with some glitches after installing 12" uconnect 5 in my 2019 Ram Big Horn.

I installed a 12" screen in my 2019 Ram, but i have a couple of glitches I haven't figured out. The most annoying is 9 times out of 10 the radio will believe I have a trailer hooked up and immediately ask if I want to start trailer navigation. The second glitch is an error message that shows up like a watermark on my android auto screen that says "PRE-PRODUCTION HARDWARE NOT FOR RESALE" and the third glitch is there is no option to zoom into my hitch while backing up... The radio module I bought is a part number P68504644AB and strangely enough, I never had to type in a pin number to unlock the radio... The radio itself is a 68526597AC. I bought the radio brand new so I'm not sure if that is why it never asked for an unlock code. I used alfaobd to reprogram the body control module and tried every option suggested online, the radio refuses to update online and I cannot download apps (didn't expect that to work), but I did take it to a dealership to have them update the radio for me and they claim that they did, but there is no change.
