Help with added power fold mirrors.

I am looking for some help with adding the sales code, or any help with, my 2019 Bighorn. I finally got all the components and put the power folding mirrors on. When I press the button the mirrors will fold in. When I press it again they fold out but attempt to open twice. I went by the dealer to see if they could help but said as it was not a factory option they couldn’t. I am looking for any assistance or at all, as I’m hesitant to use them currently. I am in the Lexington KY area. I have never tried to do any of the computer things threw the obd port so help would be great. Thanks
