Help with 12” screen issue

My RAM is a 3 week old limited. Today I went to press the control to adjust my air conditioned seat and nothing would happen. Everything I pressed did nothing. Even pressing the volume button the screen would not go off. I turned the truck off and let it sit for 10 minutes. Now I can use the touch screen but in the media center the SiriusXM does not display. It will in the split home screen but not on the media page. Also, I still can’t turn the screen off with the volume control. I went onto the SiriusXM page and sent an update and still no change. Any ideas?
