Help rear and front park sensor/ not working

My parking sensors just went out. But when I start up the truck the front one will work normally for 2 seconds then say service if I’m near something they will beep but they will say service after 2 seconds. Same with rear sensors. What do I change? The full harness? The sensors? Or both??? Would be great if someone can help me on this please

Im having a similar problem with my rear sensors and sometimes the front and the message on the dash says to wipe them clean (but they already are clean)?

I'm not a wizard with this stuff, but are you able to obtain fault code(s)? There are folks out here who once armed with codes can maybe provide useful information to follow to solve your respective issues.

I have the same issue on my 2019 Ram limited. For me the sensors are clean and it doesn’t occur every start.. sometimes it will give me an error 1 hour into a trip. I’m scheduled for service in 2 weeks at the local dealer.
