Help is this tow mirrors?

So picked up this rebel the other day but the mirrors look different from the other rebels.

That's the tow mirror, normal ones would have the small blind spot mirror.

But there are also the other kind that Flip up as well I think?

By the way, the fisheye mirror is adjustable, just really stiff. It took me a while to get mine just right but the mirror is less annoying when cars drive off one and onto the other without me having to move my head around.
