Hey guys and gals, Just want to pass on some info. I installed a Hellwig rear sway bar Saturday on my 2019 Limited and I have to say its a HUGH improvement of overall drivability. Took twenty minutes to instal and worth every penny.

Thanks, but do a search first. There are boatloads of posts on this already. No need to start a new thread.
I want to buy one and have a ReadyLift SST 3.5" lift kit yet to be installed. in order to install the Hellwig Sway bar on the ram with a lift on it are additional extension components are needed for the Hellwig ?

I believe you will need the Hellwig sway bar links.

Installed one as well. Just confirming that the picture shows the bar in its "stiffest" setting, correct?

Yes, you need to purchase #7883 which includes the longer sway bar links.
