Hellwig Rear Sway Bar 7793 VS 7709

The Hellwig 7709 and the Belltech 5563 both weigh in at 17 lbs, the Hellwig 7793 comes in at 20. I talked to Belltech and they said the 5563 would be the one to use in lifted applications if you bought the links for it. american Trucks has decent pricing on the Belltech, and better if you are military or vet. Some of the stuff they have you can get cheaper. The Belltech is $213.75 with military discount, free shipping

Go with Core 4x4 Endlinks. They come in lifted sizes depending on your set up. You won’t be disappointed.

I've seen their quality, I run Core adjustable LCAs on my Jeep. I would get the one with the one Johnny joint, trails. You could get the Belltechs and the Core trails together for about the price of the Hellwig 7793. damn I need to stay off this forum. Wife not happy already lol.

I have a 22 limited with a 5” lift and decided to go with the 7793 because I am lifted, ridding it on the stiffest setting and there is a huge improvement! Well worth the added cost.

Yeah the 7709 makes a difference, but wondering if the extra cost for 7793 would be worth it.
Agreed. I’m not worried about it. I’m gonna put those funds towards Core track bar, control arms etc…which I think will improve the ride greatly.

I've got them all waiting, except the sway links. I wasn't sure what size lift I was going, so bypassed until I knew.

What's the major differences you see with the sway bar? Is it just on cornering and\or normal straight driving?
Both. Hells with cornering for sure, but also makes the truck feel more stable in straight driving when you hit bumps

Agree, if you already have he 7709, probably not worth the cost to "upgrade". But if buying first time, I'd definitely go with the bigger one

That's what I ran on my 4th Gen w/ 6" lift.
Hellwig states on their site that for the 7709 you need P/N 7961 if your truck did not come with stock endlinks. My endlinks were upgraded to the ones with the BDS 6in lift. Can I just do the 7709? The 7961 are Universal Adjustable Straight End Link and they are like $200.

You should be fine with the end links from the BDS kit. Hellwig just tries to ensure that the sway bar angle is correct to maximize effectiveness. Thays why theirs is adjustable. Even on my small 1 1/2" rear lift, I went with +1" Core4x4 end links to keep the angle correct.
