Hello from the Smoky Mountains

First time RAM owner since October 2021. Purchased a 2019 RAM 1500 Laramie and love it. Having a problem with the truck not shifting out of 1st gear on three ocassions and the dealer is unaware of the problem. Seems to be common and looking for answers.
