I had some of the same questions. Bakflip and similar covers are well regarded. I wanted a folding hard cover and I'm happy with it.
Spray in bed liners are very popular. I'll be adding this in the spring.
And the RAM specific MOPAR all weather liners are good, I picked up a set at the dealer on the day of delivery.

Not what I think when someone says LA.

I have a Rough Country tonneau. I think they stopped selling it. I have the factory spray-in liner, so no aftermarket recommendations. Floor mats - I ordered the factory rubber ones. Totally happy with them.
