Heats seats and steering wheel issue

I have a 2019 Ram 1500 Sport. Bought the truck 2 days ago and when you remote start, the heated seats and steering would come on. Now they won't come on when I start it or remote start. Help!

What is the temperature? Mine only comes on when the outside temp registers below 40F on the truck.

Temperature based, not on every time the truck starts.
