Heater fan speed slows down

Hello, I have a 2022 Ram 1500 Limited and recently noticed the heat fan speed slows dow as the speed of the truck increases. This is with the mode set to blow on the windshield and the floor. Also with the temperature set to 22degrees Celsius.
When driving on city streets at 50 km/h or less with the fan set on high it sounds like the normal high speed. As the truck speed increases when getting up to highway speed at 100 km/h, the fan speed noticeably seems to decrease. I don’t this is a great design especially on cold winter days and needing the defrost for the windshield.
I am wondering if anyone else has noticed this?

I don’t use AUTO at all, especially in the winter.

If you have Active Noise Cancellation, it may be kicking in and reducing the fan noise.

That is probably what is happening. I never considered the noise cancellation doing that. Thanks
