Heater Core Replacement - Air is cold on Passenger but Hot on Driver side

Hoping I can get some guidance or seeing if anyone had the same issue.

I recently had the heater core replaced on my 2019 1500 Big Horn. Prior to the replacement the air blew cold on both sides when turned on. Now, after the replacement, the driver side blows hot air when the A/C is on and the passenger side blows cold. What could be the cause of this?

I have already contacted the shop that did the work and they are going to look at it but wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue and what the possible fix could be.

Sounds like the blend door is not moving.
