Headliner was wet after Central Florida deluge Saturday night. Where does this likely come from?

Saturday evening after dark, I was driving in what I would call the "heaviest rain imaginable" and the kids in the back said they were feeling drips on the top of the back seat. When I got home and in the garage I inspected and saw water dripping from the slider upper frame area in a few places. Upon closer examination with a flashlight I saw wet spots in 2 or 3 places on the headliner where the back edge meets the window area. Looking from the inside, one on the left side size about 6-8 inches. And another in the middle, and I think one on the right side also like the one on the left side. The carpet behind the seats was dry. In the morning the headliner had completely dried.

It didn't look like the water was coming in the window part or through the frame. As the window panes were not wet. ALSO THIS IS IMPORTANT: I have had the entire rear window replaced by Safelite because of the dreaded window leak that also fried the RF Hub.

Where is the water coming from that wets the headliner like that? Again it was only wet along the bottom edge of the headliner and the window frame pieces from dripping. Thanks for looking.

My truck had its window replaced and still leaks from the top. Just dropped it off at the dealership today and they are possibly suspecting the sharkfin antenna
