Headlight Wire Questions

I am looking to add some lights to the front of my 21' Rebel. Particularly grill markers. I know there are some upfitter options out there but does anyone know what these wires are for? Specifically I have one marked enable? Also how are these terminated? Is it possible to use these to trigger a relay?

Snow plow lighting. Once the enable wire is hooked up to the plow box, the truck lights disable, and plow lights enable. They can’t be used for relay triggers.
