Headlamp Swap

Hi guys! just got my 5th gen 1500 Big Horn. and i wanted to ask, if there is a difference in fitment between the halogen headlamps to the LED headlamps? i tried comparing photos and the fitment looks the same. I know i'd have to get an adapter to make the LED headlamps work. And might anyone have a website to purchase those adapters?

this is the best deal ive seen. and for the set. most are individually sold
