Has anyone wrapped a limited grill?

Yes, it is diamond black crystal color. We just matched it with the 3M product that looked the closest and it is really, really close.

Do you remember the code from 3m? Ive got a couple samples, the two closest i've found were the gp282 and gp292 think...the 282 has an off color of the flake to it but is spaced out more like the factory flake, and the 292 has a lot more flake in it than the factory paint but the same color i thought....from a distance of more than a foot i dont think it noticeable though, but thats just from a small sample piece too and i'm looking to...i think i tried the gp212 but can't remember if i liked it or not.

I don't know the code. But it sounds like the 282 is what I have. There is def less flake in the wrap I had put on.

the amber lights you have in the grille. Are those OEM or would you mind sharing where you got them? Are they a pain to install?

Been debating on what pieces and ultimately what color to go with doing my grille on my bright white limited. I've liked the black appearance on every other color other than the white, it looks good on the laramie front end, but with the brow and headlights on the limited, it doesn't look good imo.
What I was really considering was painting or wrapping all the front chrome pieces a "black chrome". Visualizing this really has me convinced that it'll settle the tone down a bit while still giving it a sporty and classy tone. So either find a good black chrome vinyl to wrap them in, or I've actually purchased a Rust-Oleum spray paint product they call "premium custom lacquer" in a black chrome finish to test on a couple pieces to see if it'll get the look I desire.
Anyone try this route and advise steering me one way or another?! Ha

What did you do to your Ram today???

Love the look, best bull bar on the market IMO. Any way to relocate the front sensors to make them work with that bull bar? If you really wanted to I guess you could drill new holes for them. I just turned them off but when they are on I get a wipe sensors message.

I had the grill, mirrors and window surround all chrome deleted with black metallic 3M vinyl. Wow. I like the look. I struggled with whether or not to vinyl the center RAM grill surround, but decided to do it and I am happy that I did because it makes the headlights look KAPOW!View attachment 46500View attachment 46501
