My question is will the factory or Bilstein rear shocks work with basically a 2" lift in the rear? Bilstein says 0-1" on the rear shocks so Im curious if Ill have issues with essentially a 2" lift.

I don’t see why not. I have rear ORG springs and a 2” coilover lift up front. I had a 1” rear spacer ready to go but decided I didn’t need it once the work was done and they put the truck on the ground. This is what it looks like now. Just under 1” of rake. Well, Bilstein lists the shock as being able to handle 1" over stock height. General consensus is, 1" over ORP, 2" over stock springs. I have a 1" spacer on mine and the Bilstein has adequate extension.
