Has anyone else experienced a service shifter notification? Sometimes my car runs perfectly for weeks, but other times the alert is constant. What’s usually the fix for this?

We would need more info to even begin: year and features such as start/stop and 4x4 buttons or axle lock etc buttons surrounding the dial shifter on the dash.

Best way to really begin helping is if you had alfaobd and checked the bcm and modules for any codes that otherwise no other scanners can help with besides dealership ones. The only relative codes that would be helpful using a non alfaobd or dealership scanners is looking for any loss of battery power or low battery power related codes. That would indicate the following:
Check the battery connections, if loose even in the slightest way will cause all sorts of odd issues in any mopar. Even a battery on its way out can cause issues, so may want to do a real test on it, the parts store testers are not real ones and are useless to catch a battery between full health and dead, fyi.
