Are they as bright as the videos show, and how long does the glow last?

If they're glow in the dark plastic they will not be nearly as bright as the pictures/videos. If they're reflective material inside the plastic then they'll only be that bright with something like an LED light source shining on them. They also won't have nearly as much of a "band" effect around the wheel like the pictures show.

You've got to love the exaggeration of the benefits: They protect the tire valves from dust, prevent leaking, shiny look, extend the service life of the tire, keep the wheels working well, waterproof, wear resistant, corrosion resistant, texture design is easy to hold and use, and easy installation. But then comes the caveat: Due to different display and lighting effects, the actual color of the item may be slightly different from the color displayed in the picture. :ROFLMAO: I think their target market is teenage girls.

These are super cheap (you can find them at auto parts stores, wallmart, target, etc etc). Got some as a gag gift for my BIL a few years back and they fell apart after a year (literally cracked along the seam and was separating).
