Harmon Customs Lighted Grille Badge

I finally got my Harmon Customs grille badge last week. These are custom 3D printed, made to order and took 9 weeks. I had mine painted to match and chose white backlighting but they have many options. I like the way they look but they are flat and the stock lettering has a slight curve to them so they don't sit completely flush but it's not noticeable until you look right on them. Installing them was another story. Because of the grille shutters, there's no easy way to reach behind the grille to connect the wires. The grille needs to be removed or loosened significantly. I have another post on that ordeal. Well it's finally done and I can post some pics now.

We are twins except that I had mine backlit in purple. I definitely agree about fitment and also as you’ve stated is only notable when up close.

Yes it definitely took some time, but it’s all custom and that means time. The cost well that’s a subject all it’s own lol.

Are they on all the time or when headlights are on or do you have control as to when it’s lit?

For mine I have them hooked up to a Bluetooth module so I can turn it on and off via my phone. It’s a single relay set up that allows me to lighten, darken, or do strobe with it.

I had ordered and used XLume SRT illuminated badges in the past and unfortunately some of the LED’s in the unit went fubar couldn’t get a clean colour. That car is a garage queen that only gets driven in good weather. Price wise this similar hopefully better longevity.

reminds me of the RAM at the top of the gauge cluster. Looks great though! the price is a bit much but id be on board with one as well if it were a bit cheaper

That's pretty neat, I think I could make those this weekend and go with RGB LEDs though white is legal anyway

I originally wanted to tap into the running light circuit at the headlight but I never figured out what wire it was. I ended up using the acc circuit so it comes on when the truck is running.

I posted this in another thread below. **Update** to that is I am mailing him my factory chrome RAM letters(I changed to black) today, and he will tweak their design. More to follow.

For what its worth...I emailed Harmon last night stating more folks might buy their LED letters, but that fitment issue due to arc has some of us on the edge, including me.

They responded what arc/gap? Send pics...So I sent him pics another member had sent me. Awaiting a response.

**Edit** Response this morning...They will fix that issue if we can help them.
