Handheld Ham Radio Mount

I’m looking for a way to mount my Yaesu Handheld radio in the truck. One day I’ll install a mobile radio but my commutes are pretty short.

Has anyone used these? Any good?

I put a mount on the dash and hang it on the belt clip. It is Ham but I only use the GMRS feature.
